Survey Conducted in September-October 2007
Every other year, the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program conducts a satisfaction
survey of the public and private healthcare provider
clinics enrolled in the program. The survey helps to assess
provider satisfaction with the program's services and support in
delivering quality immunization services to Florida's children. The
results from the current survey verify that 97% of customers
agree, or strongly agree, that they are satisfied with Florida's VFC
Program. Ninety-four percent indicated that VFC staff provided
prompt and helpful support, information, and materials.
